Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard.

My order says “Processing”. What does this mean?
“Processing” means we have received your order. Once it has been packed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number and the status will update to “Completed.”

Can I return a product?
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for lost return packages.

Which products cannot be returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear, swimwear, face masks, or beauty products.

Do you cover return shipping costs?
No. All return costs are paid by the customer. Please send your return with tracking to avoid issues.

What if I received the wrong, defective, or damaged item?
If your order is incorrect, defective, damaged, or missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve the matter quickly.

How long does a return take?
Returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive the package. You will be notified by email once your return is complete. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Credit/debit card refunds typically take 5–7 business days after processing to appear in your account.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days once payment is confirmed. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.

Will my order arrive in one package?
Sometimes, for logistical reasons, items may be shipped separately. If you receive only part of your order, the remaining items should arrive shortly after.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to adjust the size, color, or details of your order, please contact us immediately. Changes cannot be made after 24 hours or once the order has been processed.
