Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal
As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period begins the day after you, or a representative you designated, receive the product.

During this period, we ask that you handle the product and packaging with care. You may only inspect or test the product as you would in a store. If you decide to return it, the item must be sent back with all included accessories, in its original condition and packaging (where reasonably possible), following the return instructions provided.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, either in writing or by email. Once you’ve informed us, you must return the product within 14 days. Proof of return, such as a postal receipt with tracking number, must be provided.

Incorrect Product Received
Mistakes can happen! If you receive the wrong product, please send us a photo of the item to info@thaloma.com. Our customer service team will review the issue and guide you on the next steps.

Damaged or Defective Product
Although quality control is very important to us, a damaged item may slip through. If you receive a damaged product, you do not need to return it. Simply email us at info@thaloma.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. Once confirmed, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.

When Returns Are Not Accepted
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer.
  • Underwear, masks, hygiene products, and beauty items (for hygiene reasons).
  • The product has been altered or modified.
  • The product is not in its original and saleable condition (unless defective due to our error).
  • The product is not returned in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
